1. Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Certain items (e.g., innerwear, personalized or clearance items) may be non-returnable. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
2. Return Process

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if damaged or defective).
- Our support team will guide you through the return process and provide the return shipping address.
Return shipping costs:
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping.
- If returning for other reasons (size issue, changed mind), you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
- In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Exchanges
